Rules for Using the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on 788vin or using any part of the platform — including sports betting, casino games, bingo, promotions and the VIP programme — you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account or continue using the platform.

These terms apply to all users regardless of how you access 788vin — whether through a desktop browser, a mobile browser or any future app version. The most current version of these terms is always the version on this page. Using the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

2 Account Registration

To place bets, play casino games or access any real-money product on 788vin, you must register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate personal information. 788vin reserves the right to ask for verification of your identity at any point, including before processing withdrawals.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Each person may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts under different names or identities is not permitted.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. 788vin is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information on your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You must notify 788vin support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted. You must be registering and playing on your own behalf.

788vin may request identity documents as part of a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. This can include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on 788vin are made in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. The available methods are shown in the Deposit section of your account after login.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method that belongs to you. Depositing via accounts or wallets registered in another person's name is not permitted.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• 788vin does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically credit to your 788vin balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• If a deposit does not credit within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. 788vin does not send funds to third-party accounts.

• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of requesting a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes one to three business days. VIP Gold and Diamond players are processed with higher priority, with Diamond accounts targeting same-day processing.
• 788vin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals or if unusual activity is detected on an account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money deposits can be withdrawn at any time, subject to any active bonus terms.
• Winnings from fraudulent or duplicate accounts will not be paid out. Accounts suspected of exploiting bonuses, using bots or engaging in matched betting across multiple accounts will have withdrawals suspended pending review.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

788vin offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bingo tickets and VIP cashback. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant offer page. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet wagering requirements before any winnings from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered across eligible games. Different game types may contribute at different rates.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per person, household or IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 788vin reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel bonus funds if it believes they are being exploited in a way inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 788vin are subject to the betting rules applicable to each market. These are detailed within the sportsbook interface for each event. Casino games and bingo operate according to the rules displayed within each game. The following general principles apply across all gaming products.

• Bets are only valid once confirmed. Placing a bet does not guarantee that it has been accepted — you should check your bet slip or account history to confirm.
• 788vin reserves the right to void bets where markets were offered in error, where incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of an event is uncertain due to external factors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connection quality and market availability. 788vin is not liable for missed in-play opportunities due to connectivity issues on the user's end.
• Bet limits — both minimum and maximum — apply to all sports markets. Maximum win limits per bet and per day also apply. These limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• If a technical fault interrupts a casino game session, the round will be voided or resolved based on the last completed game state recorded by the server, not by the player's screen at the time of disconnection.

7 VIP Programme

The 788vin VIP programme operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond — based on loyalty points earned from real money wagers. Points are assessed on a rolling 30-day basis. Tier upgrades and downgrades are automatic.

• VIP points are earned only from real money wagers. Bets placed using bonus funds do not contribute to loyalty points or tier progress.
• Tier benefits — including cashback rates, reload offers, free bingo tickets and support levels — are as described on the VIP page and may be updated by 788vin with reasonable notice.
• Cashback is calculated weekly and credited every Tuesday. It applies only to net real money losses and is paid in PKR bonus credit subject to applicable terms.
• 788vin reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the VIP programme with reasonable prior notice to affected players.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 788vin. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any form of matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated bonus abuse across accounts.
• Depositing funds from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Sharing your login credentials with any other person or allowing others to use your account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification processes.

9 Account Closure

You may request closure of your 788vin account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within one to three business days. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after all active wagering requirements have been checked.

788vin reserves the right to close or suspend an account at its discretion if there is evidence of breach of these terms, suspected fraud, incomplete verification, regulatory requirements or at the request of a self-exclusion application. In cases of fraud or terms violations, outstanding balances may be held pending investigation.

Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 788vin will not accept deposits or bets from that account for the duration of the exclusion period. Marketing communications will be suspended as part of the self-exclusion process.

10 Liability

788vin provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and third-party service failures may affect availability. 788vin is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection issues on the user's end or errors in third-party data feeds used for live betting markets.

• 788vin's liability to any player is limited to the return of real money funds held in that player's account at the time a valid claim is made.
• 788vin is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• In the event of a dispute over a game or bet outcome, the server record maintained by 788vin is the definitive record. Player screenshots or device logs are not accepted as evidence of a different outcome.

11 Privacy and Data

788vin collects and processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. By registering an account you confirm that you have read and understood how your data is used. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purpose of account management, identity verification, payment processing and fraud prevention.
• 788vin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services as necessary for platform operations.
• You have the right to request access to the data 788vin holds about you by contacting support.

12 Responsible Gaming
